Sabiha Gökçen was a Turkish aviator. During her flight career, she flew around 8,000 hours and participated in 32 different military operations. She was the world's first female fighter pilot, aged 23. Others such as Marie Marvingt and Evgeniya Shakhovskaya preceded her as military pilots in other roles, but not as fighter pilots and without military academy enrollment. She was an orphan, and one of the thirteen adopted children of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

Sabiha Khanum, was a Pakistani film actress. She is also referred to as the "First Lady of Pakistani Cinema", and is often recognized for her role in Pakistani cinema during the 1950s and 1960s. The receipent of the Pride of Performance and Nigar Awards, she debuted in Lollywood films with Beli (1950), and also appeared in television dramas.

Sabiha Kasimati was an Albanian ichthyologist and dissident of the communist regime in Albania. She was shot, one of the victims of the regime of Enver Hoxha – with whom she had gone to school.

Sabiha Sultan was an Ottoman princess, the daughter of Sultan Mehmed VI and his first wife Nazikeda Kadın. She was the first wife of Şehzade Ömer Faruk, son of Abdulmejid II and Şehsuvar Hanım.

Sabiha Rıfat (Ecebilge) Gürayman was a Turkish construction engineer and volleyball player. As Turkey's first female civil engineer, she served as chief engineer for 10 years at the construction of Anıtkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder and first President of the Republic of Turkey. She was the first female volleyball player of Fenerbahçe SK, and the first Turkish woman to engage in the game of volleyball.

Sabiha Sertel; was the first professional female journalist and publisher in modern Turkey. 

Sabiha Ziya Bengütaş was a Turkish sculptor. She is the first woman sculptor of Turkey
