Mate Rimac is a Croatian innovator, entrepreneur, and founder of the Croatian electric hypercar company Rimac Automobili and Greyp Bikes, a high-tech eBike and eBike technology company.

Mate Pavić is a Croatian professional tennis player specialising in doubles. He reached the final of all four men's dobules Grand Slams tournaments, winning the 2018 Australian Open and the 2020 US Open. Pavić also reached the 2017 Wimbledon Championships men's doubles finals, and the 2018 French Open men's doubles finals. He also won mixed doubles titles at the 2016 US Open in partnership with Laura Siegemund and at the 2018 Australian Open with Gabriela Dabrowski.

Máté Kocsis is a Hungarian jurist, sports administrator and politician, who served as Mayor of Józsefváros from 2009 to 2018. He also represents Józsefváros in the National Assembly of Hungary from 2010 to 2014, and since 2018. He is the current leader of the Fidesz parliamentary group. Since 2015 he is the president of the Hungarian Handball Federation.

Mate Uzinić is a Croatian prelate of the Catholic Church who serves as Archbishop Coadjutor of Rijeka since 2020. Uzinić was Bishop of Dubrovnik from 2011 until 2020.
