Manuel José Macário do Nascimento Clemente
Manuel José Macário do Nascimento Clemente, GCC, officially Manuel III, is a Portuguese prelate of the Catholic Church. He has been the Patriarch of Lisbon since 18 May 2013 and a cardinal since 14 February 2015. He has been a bishop since 1999 and was Bishop of Porto from 2007 to 2013.
Manuel Pinho
Manuel António Gomes de Almeida de Pinho is a former Portuguese Minister of Economy and Innovation (2005–09) who subsequently became an energy policy academic (2010-17) under circumstances that led to indictments in Portugal in 2017 and in 2019 on multiple charges of passive corruption and money laundering. According to those charges, Pinho improperly benefited, by at least 1.2 billion euros, Portugal’s EDP-Energias de Portugal electricity company in exchange for it paying Columbia University to hire him after he left government; and he received at least 4.5 million euros in secret monthly offshore payments from his prior and subsequent boss Ricardo Espírito Santo Salgado whose Espírito Santo Financial Group benefited, according to Pinho's indictment, from several of Pinho's decisions as minister.

Manuel Marrero Cruz
Manuel Marrero Cruz, also known as Manuel Marrero, is a Cuban politician currently serving as the Prime Minister of Cuba, and the first since Cuba resurrected the office of the Prime Minister in December 2019 after the 43-year abolishment of the position from 1976 to 2019. The last Prime Minister before the abolishment in 1976 was Fidel Castro. Marrero is the first person to hold the position of Prime Minister of Cuba in 43 years. A member of the Communist Party of Cuba, he served as the country's long-time Minister of Tourism from 2004 until his appointment to the office of Prime Minister in December 2019. During his tenure as tourism minister, Cuban tourism witnessed massive resilience. Marrero is an architect and worked in Gaviota, the tourism arm of the Cuban military, where he also held the rank of colonel.
