Ixtlilxochitl Ome Tochtli (1380-1418) was the ruler (tlatoani) of the Acolhua city-state of Texcoco from 1409 to 1418 and the father of the famous "poet-king" Nezahualcoyotl.

Stoislav I may have been the progenitor of the aristocratic House of Putbus. According to the Pomeranian chronicler Thomas Kantzow, Stoislav was a son of Prince Ratislaus of Rügen (Ratze). Kantzow's assertion is not however provable, so that it is also questionable whether he was actually a brother of Princes Tetzlav and Jaromar I.

Gordian I was Roman Emperor for 21 days with his son Gordian II in 238, the Year of the Six Emperors. Caught up in a rebellion against the Emperor Maximinus Thrax, he was defeated by forces loyal to Maximinus, and he committed suicide after the death of his son.

Aššur-nāṣir-apli I, inscribed ^maš-šur-PAB-A, “the god Aššur is the protector of the heir,” was the king of Assyria, 1049–1031 BC, and the 92nd to appear on the Assyrian Kinglist. He was the son and successor of Šamši-Adad IV, and he ruled for 19 years during a troubled period of Assyrian history, marked by famine and war with nomads from the deserts to the west. He is best known for his penitential prayer to Ištar of Nineveh.

William I of Sancerre was the second Count of Sancerre, Lord of Saint-Brisson and La Ferté-Loupière from 1191 until his death. He was the eldest son of Stephen I, Count of Sancerre. In 1217 he accompanied his brother-in-law, Peter II of Courtenay, who had just been elected Latin Emperor, on his journey to Constantinople. Both were captured and imprisoned by the ruler of Epirus, Theodore Komnenos Doukas, and died in prison. He was succeeded by his son, Louis I.
