Raúl Marcelo Bobadilla is a Paraguayan Argentine footballer who plays as a striker for Fluminense, on loan from Club Guaraní. Born and raised in Argentina, the son of Paraguayan parents, he represents Paraguay at international level, making his senior debut in 2015.

Aldo Antonio Bobadilla Ávalos is a Paraguayan retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He was most recently manager of Independiente Medellín.

Francisco Fernández de Bobadilla was an official under the Crown of Castile and a knight of the Order of Calatrava. He was also the brother of doña Beatriz de Bobadilla, marquess of Moya and Peñalosa, the arch-enemy of Christopher Columbus and close friend to Queen Isabella. He was sent to the island of Hispaniola as a judge, where he arrested Columbus for supposed irregularities in the latter's government. He served as Viceroy from 1500 until 1502. He died at sea when his convoy was struck by a hurricane.
