Enrique Ochoa Reza
Enrique Ochoa Reza is a Mexican lawyer, professor, economist, and author. At present, he is a Federal Congressman in the LXIV Legislature of Mexico’s Chamber of Deputies, where he serves as Secretary of the Energy Commission. From July 2016 to May 2018, he was the President of the National Executive Committee of PRI. He served as CEO of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), Mexico’s state-owned power and natural gas company, from February 2014 to July 2016, and before he served as Undersecretary of Hydrocarbons in the Ministry of Energy (SENER) from December 2012 to February 2014, where he promoted a constitutionally embedded energetic opening.
