Vladyslav Helzin is a Ukrainian public figure, politician, footballer and football functionary, president of FC Olimpik Donetsk. In various media his last name also spells through Russian transliteration as Gelzin. On 10 May 2016, Helzin officially retired from professional sport.

In 2016, Forbes ranked him among the top ten richest people in Ukraine. In November 2018, Russia imposed sanctions against 322 citizens of Ukraine, including Yaroslavskyi.
